Privacy

Privacy, but without the scary hallway music.

We collect the information needed to run AgentifyMe, respond to workflow requests, improve the product, and keep the website useful. We do not sell your personal information. We also do not print it out and whisper “precious” at it.

Plain English first

What this policy covers

This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains what AgentifyMe may collect when someone visits the website, submits an early-access form, shares a workflow, contacts us, or uses an AgentifyMe workflow agent during an early pilot or managed service.

Friendly language included, but the policy still says the important parts: what we collect, why we collect it, and how choices work.

The useful bits

What we collect and why

Contact details

When you submit a form, we may collect your name, work email, company name, role, industry, and any message you choose to share.

Why: to respond, qualify fit, schedule calls, and avoid starting emails with “Hello, mysterious workflow person.”

Workflow information

We may collect descriptions of workflows, tools used, task volume, documents involved, pain points, and examples of manual steps.

Why: to assess whether an AgentifyMe workflow agent can safely help.

Website usage data

We may collect basic analytics such as pages visited, buttons clicked, referring pages, device/browser type, and approximate location from IP address.

Why: to understand what content is useful and where visitors get confused.

Agent usage data

If you use an AgentifyMe pilot, we may process task inputs, outputs, logs, error messages, approvals, and performance notes.

Why: to operate, debug, monitor, improve, and report on the workflow agent.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and early-access applications
  • Evaluate whether a workflow is a good AgentifyMe fit
  • Design, configure, test, and improve workflow agents
  • Provide onboarding, support, monitoring, and reporting
  • Improve website content, product messaging, and user experience
  • Protect against misuse, errors, spam, and security issues

What not to submit

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, sensitive government IDs, protected health information, confidential legal files, or highly sensitive business secrets through public website forms.

If a workflow may involve sensitive data, tell us at a high level first. We can discuss safer onboarding, access controls, and review steps before any setup.

Cookies

Cookies, pixels, and other tiny website creatures

We may use essential cookies, preference cookies, analytics cookies, and similar technologies. They help the site work, remember choices, and show us which pages are useful.

Essential cookies

Needed for core website functionality, security, forms, and remembering cookie choices. These are the vegetables of cookies: not exciting, but important.

Analytics cookies

Help us understand visits, clicks, and page performance. Used to improve the website, not to follow you around like a needy intern.

Preference cookies

Remember choices such as cookie preferences or form context. Basically, tiny memory helpers with no dramatic backstory.

Human review and AI processing

Some submitted workflows and pilot tasks may be reviewed by our team to evaluate fit, improve quality, troubleshoot issues, or create better handoff rules. AI may process workflow inputs to generate summaries, classifications, checks, drafts, or routing suggestions.

AgentifyMe is designed around boundaries and human handoffs. The goal is useful assistance, not letting an unsupervised robot make important decisions while everyone is at lunch.

Third-party tools

We may use trusted third-party tools for forms, email, scheduling, analytics, hosting, CRM, payments, databases, automation, and AI model processing.

Those providers may process information on our behalf according to their own policies and agreements. We use them to operate AgentifyMe, manage communications, process forms, support onboarding, and run workflow agents reliably.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, partners helping us operate AgentifyMe, or when required by law, security, fraud prevention, or business transfer situations.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here: responding to inquiries, operating pilots, improving workflows, complying with legal obligations, and resolving issues.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet system is perfectly secure, so please do not submit highly sensitive information through public forms.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, or updates to information you submitted. You can also adjust cookie choices where available or contact us about privacy questions.

Children

AgentifyMe is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as AgentifyMe evolves, new tools are added, or our data practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Questions?

Want to talk through privacy before sharing a workflow?

Totally fair. Some workflows are simple. Some deserve a conversation before anyone uploads anything more sensitive than “customer forgot attachment again.”
